Integration with ADP
Synerion Enterprise integrates with ADP Workforce Now®, ADP Vantage HCM®, ADP TotalSource®, and ADP Workforce Now Next Generation to onboard new employees and provide a seamless experience for customers. This is a real-time integration that can either be triggered manually or scheduled in an automated way. The integration has a flexible mapping tool that enables the customer to create custom mappings between fields.

How we use AI
- Synerion’s Artificial Intelligence module, or SAI, is a built-in agent available in Synerion. Using large language models from Microsoft Azure OpenAI together with a curated set of Synerion product documentation, defined actions and APIs, SAI answers questions in natural language and helps users complete work in the system — adding an employee, correcting a late punch, updating a work rule, creating reports, generating proactive insights, or adjusting a vacation balance — without extensive training. SAI is a productivity and support tool. It does not evaluate, score, or rank employees or job applicants, and it does not generate recommendations about hiring, termination, promotion, compensation, or work assignment. Decisions about people remain with the manager or administrator using the system.
SAI operates within the permissions and security profile of the signed-in user, so it can only surface information or take actions that user is already authorized to perform. When SAI completes a task on a user’s behalf, it prompts for the information it needs and presents the change for confirmation. The user commits the action, so a person is always driving changes in the system. SAI runs in Synerion’s SOC 1 and SOC 2 certified cloud environment, with data residency available in Canada and the United States. Synerion reviews and monitors SAI’s behavior on an ongoing basis as its capabilities expand.

Time and Attendance

Employee-Based Scheduling
Easily create schedules to make sure you have the right amount of staff covering all areas of your business. Our robust rules engine will automatically alert you if you are going to schedule overtime, or other scheduling requirements you may have such as ACA compliance requirements and more.
Shift-Based Scheduling
Shift based scheduling allows for managers to make sure they have the correct amount of staff in each area of operation in their organization. You will receive notifications or email alerts when you may have over/under scheduling in certain areas .Our rules Engine will also be able to alert you on other scheduling requirements such as ACA compliance or other internal policies.
Absence Planning
Employer's will be able to see and manage employee time of requests all in a calendar format. You can sort request by seniority or other metrics to make sure the right employee receives time off. Synerion coverage standards prevents too many employees from being off at once.
Labour Allocation
Labour allocation is used for when businesses need to track what tasks employees have done throughout the day. Our solution can track and assign various rates and rate changes should they occur when employee switches tasks. Employers can use this to measure planned projects such as did we go over time budgets or meet completion dates. Synerion's Labour allocation allows for full integration to financial and ERP applications.
Time Banking
Easily and efficiently track banked hours by employees. Employers can track all aspects of banked time and even see maximum hours, minimum hours and ratios of time worked to lieu time. Tracking these metrics can help employers understand employee behavior and help reduce cost by changing scheduling requirements.
Benefit Accrual
This feature allows for the tracking of employee's sick, vacation, training time, emergency days and any other paid and unpaid time you would like to track your employees on. Employees and managers will be able to run reports to find out balances of days used, unused, carryover and other metrics.
Employee Health Management
The health and safety of employees are now more important than ever! Synerion can now ask employees to verify they are symptom free before entering the workplace. This information can be stored in the employees coreHR records and reported on. Synerion also can provide touch less clock technology to allow employees to punch in/out safely.
Employee Self-Service
Employee self service allows your employees to view key data on our web based application or using Synerion's touch screen terminals. Employee's can punch in and out, check schedules, request time off, check their absence balances and more. Employees can also complete time sheets to report hours quickly and efficiently.
Business Intelligence
The business intelligence provides employers with a dashboard to monitor key performance indicators. Employers also will be able to make intelligent business decisions based off information they find in the report. You can configure it to show charts and graphs that are only relevant to your business and using our easy-to-us report designer will allow you to create your own reports. These reports can help with internal policy requirements as well as provide information needed for ACA and other external reporting.
Mobile
Synerion mobile application is perfect for employees who work on the road or different job sites. With GPS and Geofencing you can make sure employees are punching in and out at the right locations. The mobile app also allows employees to check absence balances, check time sheets or time cards and request time off. The app is available for iOS and Android devices.
Biometrics
Synerion offers the most advanced biometrics available. Our punch clocks come in a variety of choices such as hand punch and fingerprint scanner. we also have options to use codes or proxy cards. Using biometric terminals your organization can save thousands or more a year by eliminating buddy punching and over paying employees for time they are not actually working.
AI Agent
Meet SAI, Synerion's built-in assistant.
SAI is an assistant built directly into your Synerion system. It answers questions in plain language so managers and administrators can get work done without hunting through menus or waiting for training. One of the biggest obstacles to getting value out of workforce software is change management: every time a product evolves or a team changes, someone has to be retrained. SAI removes most of that burden by putting help exactly where the work happens.
Ask SAI a question the way you would ask a colleague. How do I replace an employee badge? How do I update a work rule? How do I adjust a vacation balance? SAI gives you specific, step-by-step instructions for your Synerion system, and it is the first point of contact for in-app help.

SAI operates inside the same user rights and security permissions as the person using it. It can only see and do what that user is already permitted to see and do.

- When SAI can carry out a task for you, it prompts you for the information it needs and prepares the change. Committing that change is always your decision. A person confirms every action before it is written into the system.
