Integration with ADP

Synerion Enterprise integrates with ADP Workforce Now®, ADP Vantage HCM®, ADP TotalSource®, and ADP Workforce Now Next Generation to onboard new employees and provide a seamless experience for customers. This is a real-time integration that can either be triggered manually or scheduled in an automated way. The integration has a flexible mapping tool which enables the customer to create custom mappings between fields.

How we use AI

  • Synerion’s Artificial Intelligence module, or SAI, is a built-in assistant to allow users to perform actions in the system without the need for extensive training. One of the largest issues in deriving an ROI from enterprise software projects is change management. As products continue to evolve their user experiences utilizing the newest technologies, or organizations change, there is a need to retrain staff on how to perform the tasks required for their jobs.

    Leveraging the latest large language models (LLMs) from Microsoft’s Azure openAI, SAI allows users to interact with the Synerion application using natural language. The built-in assistant uses a database consisting of documents, specified actions and APIs to guide the user or perform the task on their behalf.

  • Users can chat with SAI like a colleague and ask for guidance on how to perform more complex actions in the system. They can get specific step-by-step instructions on how to execute tasks in the system, for example replacing an employee badge, updating a work rule or making an adjustment to a vacation balance.

    By utilizing an extensive set of embedded APIs, SAI will be able to perform actions on behalf of the user. Respecting the user rights and security of that user, SAI will be able to prompt the user for the required information and perform the action itself. Final commitment of the action is still gated by the user themselves to ensure a human is driving the change in the system.

  • SAI, like any cloud solution, will continue to evolve over time as a trusted advisor with plans to provide insight on the company’s data, compliance and other topics which are relevant for HR professionals to manage their workforce.

Employer's will be able to see and manage employee time of requests all in a calendar format. You can sort request by seniority or other metrics to make sure the right employee receives time off. Synerion coverage standards prevents too many employees from being off at once.

Labour Allocation

Labour allocation is used for when businesses need to track what tasks employees have done throughout the day. Our solution can track and assign various rates and rate changes should they occur when employee switches tasks. Employers can use this to measure planned projects such as did we go over time budgets or meet completion dates. Synerion's Labour allocation allows for full integration to financial and ERP applications.

Time Banking

Easily and efficiently track banked hours by employees. Employers can track all aspects of banked time and even see maximum hours, minimum hours and ratios of time worked to lieu time. Tracking these metrics can help employers understand employee behavior and help reduce cost by changing scheduling requirements.

Benefit Accrual

This feature allows for the tracking of employee's sick, vacation, training time, emergency days and any other paid and unpaid time you would like to track your employees on. Employees and managers will be able to run reports to find out balances of days used, unused, carryover and other metrics.

The health and safety of employees are now more important than ever! Synerion can now ask employees to verify they are symptom free before entering the workplace. Employee self service allows your employees to view key data on our web based application or using Synerion's touch screen terminals. Employee's can punch in and out, check schedules, request time off, check their absence balances and more. Employees can also complete time sheets to report hours quickly and efficiently.

The business intelligence provides employers with a dashboard to monitor key performance indicators. Employers also will be able to make intelligent business decisions based off information they find in the report. You can configure it to show charts and graphs that are only relevant to your business and using our easy-to-us report designer will allow you to create your own reports. These reports can help with internal policy requirements as well as provide information needed for ACA and other external reporting.

With GPS and Geo-fencing you can make sure employee's are punching in and out at the right locations.
